Japanese for Adults I

We will cover basic sentences and how to do your self-introduction. You must know 75% of the kana characters on sight.

Tuesdays 6:35 – 7:55PM for 4 weeks
Starting March 18th

Please message me by Feb 5th if you’d be able to do Wednesdays 5 to 6PM for 6 weeks and I’ll set up another class to start on February 12th.

Note class will be cancelled or pushed back if there are no sign-ups. I won’t be at the library if this is the case.

Description

While I normally make sure younger students have everything available to help them learn, as adults, you know how much support you need when picking up something new. You get to choose what works best for you.

We’ll learn how to make basic sentences so we can introduce ourselves.

You must be able to recognize 75 – 85% of the kana characters. The worksheets are in Japanese.
We will be doing a review of the characters and other ways to make extra sounds in Japanese so if you’re just a little rusty, come join us!

If you already know how to do these things, then tell me and I’ll see about setting up another time for beginner students and more advanced students.

This class is for adults. You must be 18 or older.
