Beginner Japanese for Adults II

It’s recommended that you know 75% of kana characters on sight as all practice on the worksheets is in Japanese.

Description

While I normally make sure younger students have everything available to help them learn, as adults, you know how much support you need when picking up something new. You get to choose what works best for you.

We’ll learn how to make more complicated sentences with adjectives and verbs.

You must be able to recognize 75 – 85% of the kana characters—the worksheets are in Japanese—but we will be doing a review of the characters and other ways to make extra sounds in Japanese so if you’re just a little rusty, come join us!

If you already know how to do these things, then tell me and I’ll see about setting up another time for students who are further along.

This class is for adults. You must be 18 or older.

    Full immersion Mondays 6:50 – 7:30PM Central. No classes December 18 – 31.

    Young kids*, teens and families are welcome!

    * Kids who have a hard time focusing for 40 minutes should take the こどものにほんご　Japanese for Kids classes.

    Naturally pick up words and phrases through images, actions and other senses.
